This Refunds and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for both digital and physical products purchased through our online store.
By purchasing from us, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

If any digital or physical product you ordered is found to be unavailable or out of stock after purchase confirmation:

• A full refund of the paid amount will be issued, and
   
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method according to your bank’s standard processing timelines (usually within 5–10 business days).
   

• All digital items, including eBooks, audiobooks, PDFs, and other downloadable files, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered or made accessible.
   
• This policy applies due to the instant and replicable nature of digital content.
   
• Customers are encouraged to read the product description, sample pages, or technical details carefully before making a purchase.
   

You may request a return or refund for physical products under the following conditions:

a) The product must be returned within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of receipt.
b) A refund will be issued after deducting shipping and handling charges.
c) Return shipping charges must be borne by the buyer.
d) Returned items must be in unused, original, and resalable condition, including all packaging, labels, and invoices.
e) If the returned product is found to be damaged, torn, marked, written on (by pen/pencil/highlighter), or otherwise not in original condition, no refund will be issued.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed only after physical verification of the returned item by our quality team.

• Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
   
• Orders for physical products may be cancelled before shipment only. Once shipped, the return policy under Section 4 will apply.
   

Once a refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method only (e.g., bank, card, or wallet used during checkout).
   
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
